B. Transit & Handling

  • Transit: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Order cut-off: 5 PM EST (New York)
  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)

C. Delivery Carriers

We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx for deliveries.

D. Address Changes

  • Cannot change delivery address once order is in transit.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to request address changes: support@WatchfulRooster.com.

E. Cancellations

  • Accept cancellations before order dispatch.
  • If order is dispatched, refer to our refund policy.

F. Damaged Parcels

  • Reject damaged parcels from couriers if possible and contact customer service.
  • If parcel is delivered unattended, contact us for next steps.

G. Manufacturer Direct Shipping

  1. Method: Standard economy ground (carrier varies by manufacturer).
  2. Handling: 1–2 business days (possible delays due to manufacturer coordination).
  3. Transit: 1–5 business days (depends on manufacturer location and delivery address).
  4. Tracking: Email with tracking info sent after dispatch.
  5. Updates: We’ll notify you promptly of any delays.

H. International Orders

  • This policy applies to US orders.
  • International orders may have additional fees (customs duties, taxes) and regulations; buyers are responsible for these costs.
